All content, features, and functionality of our services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and designs, are the exclusive property of Laika Creative and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms for our services are as follows:

  • Deposit required before work begins
  • Progress payments for large projects
  • Final payment upon project completion
  • All prices are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD)

5. Project Timeline

Project timelines will be agreed upon before work begins. While we strive to meet all deadlines, we are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Client feedback delays
  • Third-party dependencies
  • Force majeure events
  • Scope changes

6. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

  • Provide timely feedback and approvals
  • Supply necessary materials and information
  • Make payments according to agreed terms
  • Respect intellectual property rights

7. Limitation of Liability

Laika Creative shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our services.
